If they need it run as the class they want the item as. SE didnt do this with the WoD stuff.

Queues for some classes are still better than others (like in my experience tanks and healers actually have a worse queue time in Void Ark than most other places due so so few being needed) so it can be preferable for someone to run as another class knowing that other people are unlikely to lot on the items they don't need.
