Thread: New housing wards in 3.3

Would it be possible to have an initial period in patch 3.3 where players who do not own either an FC or personal house to be able to have first opportunity to purchase housing in the new wards?
This would prevent players who already own housing on their accounts taking up the additional housing for their alts that they might not even play. I am aware of the instanced housing for 3.4, I'm referring to the existing wards.

Newer players won't be able to experience having their own house otherwise.

Whether they are flipping one house or half a ward, they know what fire they are playing with. I do blame SE, but I also reserve a fair amount of blame for the players.

I have half a mind to make a temporary LS on Gilgamesh that witch-hunts any Party Finder or shout that involves selling a flipped house. If anyone tries selling a house from a ward that was just added (not previous wards) immediate mass report. Hopefully people will get the message if people do get banned.

What I'm hoping for the most though, is that when 3.3 goes live, they change their housing policy (preventative measures such as one per account, with account sharing housing for example) to destroy this practice before anyone gets banned.
