Greetings. I'm still fairly new to the game, however I would like to give my input and feedback in the hopes it gets looked at. So far, I absolutely love the game.

1) The constant private messages from gold sellers is highly obnoxious. It would be nice if it'd be possible to somehow "Report Player" instead of simply black-listing them on my account. The characters are made - spam PM's to everyone - then delete the characters in short order. If it were possible for us to report the player, then the server send said information with the account to YOU guys for investigation, that'd be great.

2) In the character setup where you can edit what names you see as far as PC's, NPC's, etc., it'd be nice to have the option to see only friends and the Free Company you belong to. When going into the city it's hard to see where names end and the sky begins. Personally I'm only interested in seeing the names of the people I have as friends as well as my FC companions. I have the NPC settings down to where they're acceptable, and even still you've put the NPC's far enough apart or small enough groups it's a non-issue. Please consider making it possible for us to see our Free Company Player names too.

3) A way to block private messages without blocking -everything-. When I asked my Free Company people what I could to block random tells, they only came up with one idea, /busy. While this may work for a short term, if I want to do anything with my friends or my FC, it's literally impossible without me unmarking as busy and making myself subject to gold sellers private messages again.

In the short term I've played this game I've instantly fell in love with it. However the gold sellers really are a huge problem in this game and it really does need addressed.

My friends and I had the same issue on Sargatanas server with the gil sellers. So we transferred to Balmung. It's a very populated server all hours of the day and night, so it's more difficult for "new" characters to be made for purposes of gil selling. I have never received a gil /tell in Balmung because of the character creator restrictions it imposes. Hope this helps!

How to send a report in-game：
1) Select System, then Support Desk > Contact Us > Report Harassment
2）Enter a subject, a detailed description in the main body of the report , then click "Send."

I thought this was possible to never show names of PC's. I have it set that was for Alliances at least. if not best option I can suggest would be change the color of Free Company players to something that stands out. (if that is an option)

Blacklist Macro is my best solution. although clearing out the blacklist is a pain. make a macro with the line below and add it somewhere on one of your hotbars. makes it a bit easier blacklisting them
