I have had the misfortune of being in the hospital of late. You see I started playing this game about a year to a year and half ago. I paid for both me and my wife monthly to play, we were content and very happy with the game. Until I suffered a not so sever Heart Attack. But this created some problems, I ended up in a hospital a long ways from home, so we could not attend many things back here, one including the game we both came to love, don't get me wrong living is much better then the alternative. Sadly once we returned and I was able to get back to playing the game to much time had passed. When I entered my account information and tried to renew my account, I was not able to, you see they removed my character for which I spent lot of time on, he was at his job level of around 45 to 50, I tried everything via that I could but all had been lost.
Well it was the same for my wife and after paying so much for the games for two people then the additional fees per month to just have them delete seemed more then just unfair or unjust, seemed the company cares about as much about a individual player (well in this case two because of my wife) as much as I cared about my Heart attack. Anyways to stay calm we left. My Wife went back to WOW and me well as much as I can practicing my strengthen moves.
As time passed and I cooled down some more changes came in my life, one I can no longer sit a a desk and work/peck on the computer keyboard, but can sitting on our sofa/lounge chair so a new adventure. I got a ps3, then a Ps4, then a keyboard and mouse, and then decided to try Final Fantasy another go at. so I purchased yet another version of the game but this time for the PS4, got that free month, then had to start Aqua therapy for two weeks, now I will admit to being late on my first payment for the first pay month for a new start at Final Fantasy, but what is happing makes no sense
SO PLEASE HELP!!
I went to pay my account, I checked my debit card first and had 20$ put on it just to pay the 14.99 charge. So I went through the steps perfectly and every thing said okay including the part about paying, but on the last page is stated that there was a internal error on your end. okay I said no big deal Ill wait a few and try again so I did, well this happened 3 more times. What I didn't know is that Your Company in there great wisdom, took 1$ out as a test each time. so after all this bull, in the end my card is not short 6$ and It will take over a week or more to get each of those 1$ charges back. Not to count all the work calling typing and begging I have to do at my age to get money back that your company should of never touched in the first place unless they were going to charge the full amount for the monthly fee. Your Excuses will not matter, being polite or blaming everyone and everything else for this problem. Just do me the Decency to fix this in a timely manner please with out making my life a never ending routine trying to get back that little money but the great principle of the fact spend much time I would rather be using playing the game or with my daughter.
