    Remove Vote Abandon timer when someone leaves...

    I mean if someone leaves they get the lockout penalty, but then the 3 left in the instance have to wait around for 15 minutes because they can't abandon. That's almost as bad as the leaver...

    Uh... you can leave without penalty after the first person leaves. Though if new people enter it resets.
