    Housing Reclemation Question

Is this still going on and did they ever make it so Tenants using the house reset the timer or is it still just owner?

Just the owner. Yes, it's still a thing.

And its 45 days since it was inactive or 90?

Also is it done as soon as owner hits 45 days inactive or only on the hour or 4 hours after they hit 45 days? I am sure this one is a far more difficult question, but some one may know

I don't think anyone knows the exact timing of it other than the devs, but essentially 45 days since the owner last entered the house. The timing tends to get offset a bit by maintenance.

Do we think the "offset a bit" is the total time of maintenances in the 45 day period?

It probably depends on what the maintenance (if any) is. If they turned off/restarted the servers, the clock (possibly) stopped running while it was off, if they didn't, it probably doesn't.

When it's at 30 days though it appears on the timers page (which the tenants also see, even though they can't reset it) and I've heard the email you get will give you an exact time, but again that might be offset by maintenance.

But it's more of a "you have 45 days, if you don't want to lose it, enter it" rather than "you have 45 days and maybe some extra time", so you're really safer assuming it's 45 days from the point you entered and nothing else.

K I will hope for the best - some one in my FC private house just hit 45 days and I want to buy it when it demolishes

Final Odd Question - Does anyone know if you are in the house when it demolishes does it just boot you back to the housing ward or do something more nefarious (like 90001 Error)?
