I'm confused on the Beast Tribe Dailies

I've been running the Vanu quests everyday in between roulettes and I had unlocked the first 9 quests, hoping to get the final 3 unlocked last night (assuming that's how it goes). Well last night I get the first 3, finish, and then nothing else shows up. Flew around sea of clouds to make sure I didn't confused on which NPC handed them out, but I saw nothing. Did the game glitch on me or did I just miss it? No, I didn't sleepwalk to my PS4 and do the beast dailies

I've googled anything on when the allowances reset, wondering if maybe the timing was weird from when I did my last set and those were just the only ones available.

Each beast tribe only offers 3 quests per day.

If you happen to rank up , you can do 3 more.

I know I grabbed 9 of them the other day. My reputation is "friendly", or is that a different thing from rank?

You can do multiples on the ARR tribes, but as far as I know HW are only 3 per day (except the bonus 3 on the day you rank up)

So basically the only reason I got 9 the other day is because I ranked up twice?

Odd. I'm sure that was explained in some text I skipped somewhere.

I think that only happens with the Vanu Vanu, but you can do 9 of their quests on the first day

When I got Vath to 7, I didn't get the bonus 3.

The final two ranks for vath and vanu (sworn and bloodsworn) do not get bonus dailies when you rank up.

Both tribes will always offer 3 per day (or 6 if another rank is completed).

Beast tribes from 2.0 offer as many quests as there are NPCs unlocked in their respective camps...

The only caveat to this is that you can only ever do 12 dailies per day regardless of which tribes you choose to do quests with. 12 total, and 12 again the following day.
