Does any get punished abusing the kick in Novice network?

So far ive get kicked for the most dumbest stuff that does not go against the rules or guidelines by justicar zealots. Many kicked for having their own opinions against another mentor and some just kicked for the dumb excuse just cause that person doesn't like that one person .

I've reported numerous times against these acts and so far no action is done. Do SE even care any more? Do any even get punished?

You can talk about whatever in Mentor Chat and don't have to help the sprouts. I don't think SE is going to police it.

Mentors that abuse the kick option do get punished, but you'll never hear about it tbh, like all their punishments for rule breaking.

Had a mentor tell a person they can't act like a cat and not the lick their paw cause they consider it ERP and that licking people is sexual harassment. Im like, no its not. Got into a heated debate and was kicked.

Heated debates are hard to avoid tbh.

Best thing you can do is report the offence to a GM, with chat log etc etc and see what happens

Starting to think it doesn't happen. Never see anyone lose their mentor status abusing the kick like the warning says.

I'm pretty sure there are no guidelines for kicking in the Novice Network right now. I mean, I haven't personally gotten to 1000 duties yet, so I don't even know the current situation. Even if they did have a penalty for it, it would be something minor since it's really not something they monitor that heavily.

I try to use logs but GMs say they are gonna investigate the logs anyway. Still its just wrong how one person tries to put their own opinions on others and justify its for the best with kicks when challenged.

Which I brought up and sent links as proof. Doesn't matter to that person. Its like they try to make the NN as their personal tumblr and what they say goes.
