{DEV REQUEST} Please allow item transfers to alt characters?

I know not that many people have alts, but those of us that do. Is it possible to have a vault or use of an app like Destiny that allows you to transfer items to other characters on your account?

If they are on the same server, automatically adding them to our Friends List would be a huge QoL improvement. That way we could mail them and they could share houses with our mains.
I'd love to see this implemented.

I always wanted this, instead of ask to my friends "Eh, can you give this things to me when I log with my alt". It is bit stupid.

This is the biggest hurdle right here.

They let players do this with their (free) alts and then suddenly a lot of people have no reason for paying for additional retainers...

It's messed-up yes, but it's the likeliest reason.

Retainers do more than store items... There are a lot of advantages to having more retainers. The least of which is inventory space.

Honestly I hired my retainers because of the space, the fact I can send em out to gather Sands and such for crafting is just a side perk. I can't speak for everyone but that is my reason behind it. Especially since I started doing favors my 4th one is almost full now too. T_T

I'm pretty sure part of the reason this isn't happening might be due to RMT.

Couldn't agree more op, should not have to use any other means, and should have been default from day one.
Parts of the game like this are ancient in design.
