    Some useful abilities or buffs that don't affect PvE/PvP would be neat. More free teleport points, faster mounted travel, faster quick synth, cosmetic stealth (hide from players completely but not from monsters), a transformation spell (copy another player or an animal form), cosmetic wings, double jump or slow fall (out of combat). Maybe minions that you can interact with or a portable mailbox. And of course what KleeneOnigiri suggested. We already get mounts and minions from achievements and it would be nice to have more different kinds of rewards. They would be a fun way to increase replayability of content while keeping it completely optional. They could be rewarded for doing minimum item level achievements, soloing old content, levequests, SSS, sightseeing, chocobo leveling, Diadem, maps etc.

    Titles giving a mini boost to say having Annihilator give you an extra 10 INT would go a long way. And so would having actual Racial traits for the race you select. Because rewarding you for sticking with it is never a bad thing. Just don't add in OP garbage that clearly gives a player a huge advantage.

    But since roughly half of the community are self entitled snobs I don't think little boosts equivalent to FC actions will ever be implemented because "balance", "reasons", "fuck options to diverse your playstyle", etc.

    So a desire to maintain game balance = self-entitled snob? I'm not sure I follow your logic here, if it can be called that.

    And based on a title giving a relatively small boost mainly to say a stat what is breaking the game balance? All I'm saying is the community will always ever be divided on these sorts of ideas and will never be implemented much less looked at by the dev team. You know the people who would actually instate actual changes.

    If titles are just going to give typical stat boosts like more HP or DEX, then I won't be able to use a title I like if it boosts a stat I don't use.

    I'm of the opinion that titles should be cosmetic only. Maybe a few easter egg titles like mammeteer, but nothing like adding stat changes to titles.

    I feel that, instead, we should get some minor stats for hitting level milestones (like level caps or what used to be level caps) but the boosts are active for every job.

    So, for example, get WHM to 50, +1 MND, get it to 60, +2 more MND, for a total of 3, and it applies to every job. Each job would get its main stat. Not a game breaking stat increase but it would help encourage trying out other jobs a little. A 60 MNK may be interested in switching to DRG after getting it to 60 for its small stat boost or something I dunno.
