Complicated to exchange PLD Lore Sword and Shield.

Totally I didn't know this.
My DPS friend said 230 weapon for 10 Rowena's token so I expected PLD also Sword + Shield for 10 tokens and spent 1000 lore before check NPC.
But only sword for 7 tokens and shield was "under armor category without tokens"...

Could you fix this problem please?
I'd like to spend this 3 tokens for shiled. I'm not planing to get other job weapon until finish gearing PLD with lore. Lost 300 Lore is big deal.
Why only PLD SHIELD is under armor? It's not armor! Very complicated.

I agree that they've handled the PLD situation wrong and it's not always been clear, however I don't think many people here can help.

Best bet is to open a GM ticket in-game.

I had the exact same problem. Tried to exchange and even offered my shield but the GM support can't exchange a item for something with higher value. The problem is the Sword is 7 tokens and all the other weapons are 10 tokens. Please fix this SE so we can exchange with the shield, the sword comes with the shield or give the tokens back to the owner.

Indeed. 7 token is different from 10 tokens. Everyone except same number of tokens all jobs since previous weapons. Seriously I hope fix this issue soon.

I wonder if Yoshi-P and JP dev team read this EN forum. I have seen JP forum higher rate accept issues fast and answer. I tried to post in JP forum in Japanese but coudn't connect maybe region lock from oversea? Could you send this message Yoshi-P and JP dev team please.

ナイトの伝承武器交換について
パッチ前から、DPSのフレがトークン１０だと言っていたので、信じて全ジョブ同じだと思い、NPCを調べる前に、パッチ当日に、トークン１０を先に手に入れてしまいました。
NPCを見たらビックリ。他のジョブは、トークン１０ですが、ナイトは剣７だけで、盾がないｗ
全部のNPCを探したら、防具の欄の一番下にありました。常識的には、武器の一覧にないとおかしいと思います。しかも、トークンじゃなくて伝承３００。
ナイトの盾だけ３００伝承と交換というのは、おかしいと思います。せめて、トークン３でも、伝承３００でもどちらの方法でも、交換できるようにしてもらえませんか？
交換前に、NPCを見ていないほうが悪いで済まされるかもしれませんが、ふつうに考えたら、全ジョブ共通で１０トークンだと思いますよ。
たぶん、これ知らない人もっといると思います。
３００伝承は、貯めるのに約１週間かかるので、これが使えないとなると、やる気なくなります。メインジョブの伝承装備が全部終わってないのに他のジョブの武器に使う気もないし予定もありません；；
