Looking to either join or make a new static for endgame content.

I'm based in Ireland, and due to work my playtime is kinda limited.

My play times are roughly 12-5pm pst, so me and my friend (na player) are looking to join/set up a static for between these times.

i main pld (il213 but close to having full midas set) and a friend in full midas and can play mnk/drg so looking for a static with slots or to see if anybody would be interested in making a static for times.
