Serious bug with Fellow adventurer. (Main story near impossible to complete)

I just completed Lords Errant after about 10 failed attempts.
The reason for failure? The Fellow adventure kept dying from a single hit.
These single hits were around 350-450 in damage, much higher than the adventure should take at 38 and much less HP than any adventure would have at these levels.

Had the same problem here, still was not able to complete it. Even tried it with a lv 50 conjurer in the party to buff him as much as possible, no go. Still dies instantly when the Amaljaa comes.
