    Please help me resubscribe

    Hello! I'm trying to add another 30 days subscription to my FF14 account, but I'm having a problem that's not letting me. When I log into the Mogstation, I click on Your Account> Add/Change Subscription, and under where it shows the credit card and subscription type options, under where it says "*Review the subscription fee structure", I click the "Next" button, but it does nothing but reload the same page, and under where it says "Number of Characters", it says in red "No changes have been made to your subscription or payment method." I have only 1 character and 1 server, so I'm trying to pay the 12.99 option, but I can't get it to work. Please, can anyone help me?

    Has your current game time actually expired?

    The subscription bit on the mogstation only takes money at the point it expires (well about 15 minutes before in my experience), so basically all you're doing is setting it up so that WHEN it wants to take money, it can.
