Our mid-core static is currently in need of an 8th member interested in a permanent spot with us to progress through A6S+ (Swindler progression @ snipers). We're looking for a replacement with interest in staying with us post-A6S into 3.3 content and on-wards.
Currently seeking:
- Main Tank (DRK/PLD > WAR) (or an exceptional WHM/AST)
Our WHM is willing to re-roll to Main Tank as needed; however, said WHM will need to appropriately approve of you filling his position as 'Main Healer', as he's very competent and near irreplaceable. You would be a great fit if you can still do high DPS while 'Main Healing'.
We ask that you:
- Speak and understand English *comfortably*.
- Actively play the game and do not raid-log.
- Use TS3 w/ mic.
- Preferably be iLv 215+ (220 or higher would be plus).
- Have experience through A5S (having exp. w/ A6S through Blaster or higher would be a big plus).
- Understand the current tank meta, which includes working on increasing DPS for both yourself and your healers through proper cool-down utilization.
And lastly,
Be easy-going, open-minded, willing to learn and communicate with your static-mates. We're looking for someone that will be interested in learning and improving. We want a culture of improvement through open and group-wide analysis of parses and runs. We promote discussion, asking questions, brainstorming. *Be engaged.*
About the Group:
We are on Cerberus (EU), are English-speaking, and are a raiding Linkshell comprised of a mix of NA/EU players. The static would be considered **"mid-core"**: we're all skilled, we simply lack the time to commit to a solid and intensive raiding schedule for a hard-core approach. Group composition has previously been WHM|SCH + BLM|DRG|MNK|BRD + WAR (OT)|PLD (MT). The members of our static have completed BCoB/SCoB/FCoB before unlock/echo/nerfs. Our group saw all of A4S prior to 3.2 and killed it shortly after patch; we were unfortunately waylaid by an earlier vacancy mid-A3S (a member left for continuing education) and a later one mid-A4S.
Raid Times:
- Thurs. @ 8:00PM - 11:00PM Server Time/UTC [3:00PM - 6:00PM EST]
- Sun. @ 7:00PM - 11:00PM Server Time/UTC [2:00PM - 6:00PM EST]
- Saturdays (same time as Sun), we try to go if everyone's available; if not, we meet Sunday.
