I don't have any official answers (sorry), but as long as it's purely about ingame money it should be fine. Back before we had the marketboard, there were huge communities all over the internet posting about what they were selling in the market wards and where and that kind of thing was encouraged.
Now of course that's old info, but generally everything is okay as long as it isn't contradictory to the rules you agreed on. Since you want to trade an ingame service (crafting) for ingame goods (Gil), there shouldn't be any problem.
If you are afraid of something like the housing-problem where SE banned people for giving up their houses for Gil (which is also a purely ingame transaction and therefore somewhat similar), you have to keep in mind that it counted as an attempt to destroy other people's playing experience because the housing mafia withheld a limited resource (housing plots).
Everyone can level up their own crafters to their heart's content though, so you offering your services does not negatively impact their ability to enjoy the game.
