    Well seeing that there's no difference in battle stance, battle running and battle jumping animations between boys and girls, girls would spread their legs wide (pld and war stance for example) which would make fitted kimono the worst glamor choice for female characters.

    Not to mention the clipping with various boots and greaves. People flip tables at just the clipping of hair, I dare not imagine what would be flipped at clipping on kimonos.
