1) Was in a Dungeon with 3 French guys. They refused to speak English. I have only German and English activated in my language preferences. The healer was only dancing during encounters and I died. I asked if he could stop dancing and start healing. What followed was a tirade of insults in french. I understand most french, but it is too rusty to actually talk to people in that language and I couldn't get through to them in English until they kicked me after they where done insulting me.

2) I was making a mistake the first time I was in a trial and died. I got immediately insulted by multiple people from the group. The dungeon was still completed successfully.

It makes FF14 a very hostile place to be and I don't think that reporting is doing anything. I missed the old days where people like that would've been called out by others instead of me getting told that they are right in their doing.
This makes me reluctant to pay for another month or more.
