Have not received mog station item

My friend bought a mount for me from the Mog Station, and I went through the process of entering the item code, etc and had a page saying it should be delivered shortly.
After a few minutes of waiting, I realized that my inbox was full so I deleted some old letters, along with previous subscription reward letters.

It's now been around 3-4hrs and I still have not received the mount, even though I have (a few times) clicked the delivery reward request.

Does it normally take this long for an item to arrive from the Mog Station? I've never had to wait this long before.

TO my understanding it does indeed take some time for it to come in. Were you logged out when the item was purchased, or if you were logged in have logged out at all in the meantime? I believe that helps a bit.

I logged out and back in again 8hrs later and it still hasn't arrived!!

EDIT: It just arrived! x_x
