FC Merging

So this thread will either hit or miss with people.

Anywho, the point in this is for people interested in merging FC's to become bigger and more successful.
I was just given a FC that is rather small and has housing and everything with it, from stables to airships; however, on the server I am on I find it very hard to recruit more players, which ultimately ends in the failure or downfall of a FC.
So in layman's terms, I'm struggling to keep my FC up and going. I don't want to get rid of the land and just close the FC so I've come to the forums seeking help.

It's for FC's who may be interested in merging to come here and find other people looking for the same thing. And as said it'll either be a hit or miss, but that's okay

So a little about my FC:
Members: 16
Housing: Goblet, Ward 1 Plot 58 (Small)
FC Name: Justice League
FC Tag: JLA
Server: Gilgamesh
Play Style: Casual - HC
RP Focused: No
New Players Allowed: Yes

So pretty much, that's about it. I'm looking for other smaller FC's on my server that would be interested in merging FC's with me - it not only benefits my FC but yours as well. So for those who didn't have a FC house, you will now. And with the Merge, all of the leader/s from your FC will also have leadership in mine as well, so it'll technically be your FC as well.

be very careful when merging, and giving leaderships to ppl you don't know. You don't know what thay may or may not do.
The forums are filled with stories of mergings, and giving leaderships, then getting everything stoles or w/e.

When merging do not offer full leaderships. Offer one step above the other players coming in.

This, I actually had a supposed Ingame friend who I had known for well over a year join my fc, a month later he kicked everyone out as a "prank" we eventually got my fc back thankfully

Didn't really expect people to be so nasty I guess D: but I mean yeah I could edit some of the settings to prevent that kind of crap.

I start post threads less and less now due to all the negative reception.

While I can applaud the want to help, people posting here about their FC and possible merges is still better left to its own world forum as FCs can not (to my knowledge) switch servers.
