Its april 2016 yet no healer stat weights???

Why do you need some third-party opinion? Stats are so straight forward in this game (and there's so few of them) it's very weird to me that anyone can't figure it out for themselves.

The only one anyone might get confused about is AST due to it playing so differently between the two stances, but all stats are good on that one as far as I'm aware.

I am an astrologian >.> and the stats not straight forward... For example how much does 511 crit rating give in crit % in game u cannot know at all so its redeem as useless

All these values just gives me a headache as i dont know if its effecting my character in a good way or bad way unless i stack until im blue in the face then only i can see it make a change.... I been at 809 det.... Which to me is just 809 det i dont know how mucj that will increase my healing or damage as its just 809 determination

You're making this much more complicated than it needs to be. Why be OCD about whether your crit rate is 14 or 15% or even 10 or 12? There's not that many gear options to choose from; the recommendations you have been given in this thread are more than enough to make the most of what you can get.

As far as actual "stat weights" are concerned it's more about dps potential, and since in most cases that matter most of the dps healers will do is from dots just follow the SMN weights if you must nitpick that hard.

That's not exactly stat weights then, you're wanting to know how much crit you have at certain values. You made it sound like you wanted to know which stats were better.
