Housing Prices.

This may be common knowledge, but I've never really messed with housing, and recently I've come into ownership of a small FC house, and I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on price ranges for this house size in The Goblet and on Gilgamesh.

I'm thinking of selling it, but I don't know what to price it as, and I'm not sure where to find this information, if someone can help me out or point me in the right direction that'd be much appreciated Thanks!

Selling it may get you banned depending on the interpretation of the GM and if someone reports you.

You can't with the current system but you should definitely be allowed the option like hundreds of other things we should be allowed to do and have.

I meant Gil. We can't sell our plots of lands to other players? I've seen people sell their plots before. And that's more so what I meant, sorry if the wording was weird. So what if we have this shit and no longer want it? We're just stuck with it?

It's perfectly withing your power to demolish your land or to let it lapse into decay where you will get a partial refund and give a player a shot at owning the land without paying a hillariously high price.

Pretty much, just wait 45 days and it will be demolished. You will get I think 80% of the gil back, I dunno exact amount. However selling or advertising can result in punishment if your reported for it.

Some GM's see it as a violation of the terms of use. It taking advantage of limited amounts of space and selling it for an outrageous price. It has caused controversy through the player base because land (content) was being purchased and held hostage by many players and bots to gain huge amounts of gil since housing was and is still limited. That is also why the 45 day system is in place, so land can be freed up and those players would be deterred from taking advantage of a certain feature that was not designed to make gil.
