Yes, many of the cheaters claim "XX Firsts" too, where XX is World, Data Center or Server. They're brazen about it too, even SE have published congratulations to these groups & embedded their videos which show the use of third party software. Regular players can do little, other than keep reporting them, as they are the Mafia of their respective servers & control the markets. No, this isn't paranoia or "salt" it's fact.
