    Can't apply changes to chat filters

    I play on a Playstation 4 and recently I have not been able to check or uncheck anything (ie on my general tab I wanted to uncheck my linkshell 3 but every time I go to uncheck it automatically rechecks itself) also the apply button is grayed out can someone please assist me
