I just bought my 1st house. I was waiting all this time for Ishgard. Doesn't seem like it's happening. Well anyways, I found this through google and it helped a lot. My one question would be, do the various versions of Junkmongers for example sell different things or they sell the same thing whether A2, A3 or original?

They all sell the same stuff, the different versions only look different - junkmongers will always have the same goods to sell, so will the other vendor types.

Pro-Tip: Get one of the servants, they sell some cheap, but very nice looking housing items and are extremly useful while decorating!

It's from the outfit, not a necklace by its own, unfortunately. It's from the Valentione Apron Dress from the Valentine's Day Event a few years ago. (Which the NPCs just dyed black) so it's not the normal Housemaid's Apron Dress.
