For Namazu, I think only if they had a mark or something, but seems that we will only differ them via naming.

Added the Namazu NPCs, and surprisingly there actually is a twist to them! Each of them can be dressed as either a standard Namazu or a Festive Namazu.

I just bought my 1st house. I was waiting all this time for Ishgard. Doesn't seem like it's happening. Well anyways, I found this through google and it helped a lot. My one question would be, do the various versions of Junkmongers for example sell different things or they sell the same thing whether A2, A3 or original?
