Bugged Chocobo in Chocobo Stable (Confirmed By In-Game GM!)

Area and Coordinates: The Goblet Ward 1 Subdivision Plot 44 ( 11.0 , 10.7 )
Housing: Plot 44, 1st Ward, The Goblet (Small)
Steps:
1. Noticed Foreign chocobo in my chocobo stable of my private house that i have never shared with anyone
2. When accessing the stable, i am unable to dismiss it or see any information about it
3. Unable to remove stable so contacted GM and they confirmed that the bug is real but unable to fix it themselves as they stated "without any possible character data damage"

the GM i spoke to said to upload images if possible so i hope this helps i will happiliy answer ay other questions if it means fixing this

i only realized this was a bug when i tried to remove my stable from my plot as i use my FC stable so having one on my private plot is kinda a waste of space so if this bug can be fixed by the stable being completely removed from my plot then that is perfectly fine but i am unable to do this myself as it cant be removes while a chocobo is inside it

I hope this can be fixed soon as i would like to buy a bigger plot when one is available
