I feel /facepalm would be a great addition to the game. I've seen in reflected in early comics, and in silent movies. So, it has been around for a long time, at least 100 years in the West.

Since /facepalm is not in FFXIV yet I suppose my lalafell could use /disgust. That little shrug and sigh conveys much the same sentiment.
