1.I've finshed the Ixal quest "A Designer Job"
2.I expected to see the Ixal quest "The Boy from Gridania"
3.I have tried speaking to Tataramu with most of my crafters who are all over level 20
4. In summary I can not see the quest "The Boy from Gridania"
5. My current reputation with Ixali is level 2. Recognized 307/360

I did not realize you have to finish the reputation level 2 all the way to 360/360 for the quest to appear. I now have the quest.
