I think the DirectX installer bundled with the game causes Fatal DirectX Errors

I bought a pc last month and have been trying to fix this issue since then. Playing any kind of content always lead to "A fatal DirectX error has occured" so a few days ago I bit the bullet finally and did a 100% clean install of windows 10 again, to test things out, as I was having issues in a multitude of games about driver crashes and such.

Played several games over the course of 2 days without issue so I thought it was time to give FF14 a try. Downloaded it, installed, etc. IMMEDIATELY started encountering video driver crashes and fatal directx errors across multiple games.

Reinstalled Windows 10 again last night, tested my games all night and had no issues. So this morning I hooked up my old pc and copied over the my games folder and FF14 from my old install on windows 7. Put it on my new pc and got directx errors, Instead of using the directx installer bundled with FF14, I decided to go straight from Microsoft and downloaded their Directx End-User Runtime installer and since then have had 0 issues playing. Going on 10 hours straight, I've done several pvp matches which I was unable to before, several dungeons, ran around the world quite a bit, and have not encountered a single error since then, leading me to believe the DirectX installer is a bit outdated, corrupt, or something.

Please look into the DirectX installer bundled with the game to save future users the same frustrations I've had and if anyone can test this and has positive results as well please let me know!
