Awesome, thanks

We need the reraise spell back before we can even think of reraise items.
Why they took it out in the first place is beyond me.
Yes, please. D:

Depends why people want it, I suppose. Wipe recovery? Sure. Quicker runback? Not necessarily needed if they ever fix the dumb way that the Return mechanic works right now, but okay, I could see it. Get-out-of-jail-free card because you died during a boss fight? Not as crazy about this idea, unless the devs start tuning content with reraise in mind, in which case I'd be fine with it. Adding Reraise (whether in the form of a spell or items) to the existing game without changing the way boss fights are tuned would be pretty unbalancing, I'd think.
I also like the idea of it being a WHM-specific job ability, but that's just my WHM side wanting cool things for itself. :P

YES!! Please for the love of the Twelve. /sign

It says they instantly recover you from KO or incapacitation or something in the description, from what I remember, with the cheap one being "sometimes" and the expensive one being a sure thing.
I've gotten used to not having Reraise and it adds a nice element of danger and challenge. In most cases you can retry things almost immediately compared to the several days/weeks it took to be allowed reentry into some fights in FF11. I personally hope they don't implement Reraise anytime soon.

I used the tonic before it nice to have as a mage or DD you can use this on a down player w/ no harm to mp. If they have Re raise i see it having a very long cool down. Then its gonna be back to zombie tactics <.<

Rebirth could easily be changed into a "reraise" type of ability with the same CD down the road. That would probably prevent zombie tactics.
