I took the Level 60 Ninja Job Quest and followed its instructions up to the instanced fight on Hullbreaker Isle. When the fight began, I was instructed to free Oboro by Akagi. When I ran over to Oboro, the point that I was supposed to interact with had its name writted in Japanese. I couldn't see if this happened again or not as I completed the quest in one go. Here is a screenshot of the situation.
