Sadly though, SE already stated in the Live Letter just past, that they actually just can't use music from previous FF games:

In regards to songs from the FINAL FANTASY series, it’s difficult for us to use other titles’ songs however we like.

I'm just guessing here, but presumably this is because Nobuo Uematsu actually owns the copyright for the FF music he composed and as he is no longer directly employed by SE, they probably have to negotiate with him to use past FF music in any new title - a significant amount of FF music SE actually now no longer even have the original music scores for meaning they couldn't arrange it for the Orchestrion even if they wanted to or were able to.

This fact was actually confirmed by Arnie Roth at one of the official A New World FF concerts (which I attended earlier in the year) - he mentioned how he and Uematsu had wanted to arrange Fragments of Memories from FFVIII for that concert and it turns out neither Uematsu nor SE even still possessed the original score for it! In the end he had to completely rescore it from scratch by actually listening to to a sample of the actual in-game MIDI of that track!

Either way, sadly unless it's specifically arranged and used somewhere in FFXIV ARR's OST (like the various FFIII tracks used in the Crystal Tower), I don't think you will hear much music from past FF games appear on the Orchestrion.

Having said that, there is still plenty of music (mostly from FFXIV version 1.0) that I would love to hear on the Orchestrion, which incidentally there is already another thread on this subject in the Housing section, found here
