If you want see your LB3 just go to WoD, quickly use it and say "Oops I miss-clicked the button!".

Have to admit Tanks do get the raw end of the deal, only time I have seen it be viable is when your over-geared for the content and can pop it to ignore a mechanic. Wouldn't argue with a giant ultimate that a level 2-3 Tank LB is required, least I havn't run the Coils past the first turn so I don't know if that exists or not. As for the ranged using it, I think its more cus they want to see the special go off and don't care. :3
Two major times tank LB was great ->Have to admit Tanks do get the raw end of the deal, only time I have seen it be viable is when your over-geared for the content and can pop it to ignore a mechanic. 1.World of Darkness when the raid derps and lets the boss get too many stacks of clouds.
2.T13 Teraflare
Okay so as I said, never did past Turn 5 so unless Teraflare its required, that only makes one as WoD is an ID 10 T error and not 100% mandatory
It was required in teraflare. Potential usability is still nice - as it is a defensive buff.
Personally, I'd rather see Limit breaks reworked entirely.
1. Everyone gets their own bar
2. Potencies reduced on damage
3. Animation time reduced
4. Healers 3x bar doesn't apply max weakness, but takes a long time to fill up compared to tanks/dps
5. Tanks LB applies a defensive buff to them-self only and provokes everything in the arena + generates a lot of threat
I like the idea and i really want personal LBs but for the Tanks your idea could be problematic. It was required in teraflare. Potential usability is still nice - as it is a defensive buff.

1st Because it doesnt protect the entire group and secondly the "provoke everything and do alot of threat" ability could go really wrong in fights designed with more than one boss or mobs with particular mechanics a single Tank cant handle.
Like bismarck snakes for example, Thordan knights or Seph Ex adds... You get the point.

I would rather everyone have their own LBs which would be fun for everyone. I think they have it setup the way it is now as a way to make groups more powerful than a any single player but that is already true anyway. They could also make a group LB and a solo LB which would be fun as well...It was required in teraflare. Potential usability is still nice - as it is a defensive buff.

Also making your LB bar fill by doing things you are supposed to do and completing fight mechanics would be great because it would give people a reason to not be stupid.
