Why are ranged using LB so much now?

This may sound elitist-like, but if im dpsing as a melee dps and i see you, the range, use it on the boss, im putting you on blast. why are u using it if us melee hit harder then u? then they use it on a single boss that doesnt have any adds spawned so again why r u using it? you are a single line aoe lb user. if im on my nin i usually wait till i put up my vuln debuff then i use it.

Except you have no reason to wait for that since debuffs and buffs have no effect on the LB whatsoever
