It was required in teraflare. Potential usability is still nice - as it is a defensive buff.

Personally, I'd rather see Limit breaks reworked entirely.

1. Everyone gets their own bar
2. Potencies reduced on damage
3. Animation time reduced
4. Healers 3x bar doesn't apply max weakness, but takes a long time to fill up compared to tanks/dps
5. Tanks LB applies a defensive buff to them-self only and provokes everything in the arena + generates a lot of threat
