So I've been playing a Ninja, hit so many points where I nearly gave up because I just couldn't hit some of the skills on time and i was missing a lot of CDs and letting debuffs drop for whatever reason. Then for some reason, at 54 my whole build just started working. I rarely miss a CD, my dps is off the charts and finally starting to get all the rotations perfect. Now I'm loving the class and probably wouldn't turn back.

But I have no clue what changed, or where exactly it changed. I know my dps was never crap, even before when i was missing CD's and allowing important debuffs to drop, but man it's a whole new world now. I'm just watching numbers fly and mobs drop like they have no HP and I'm loving it.

So my advice to any new Ninja, don't give up and stick with it, for some reason it took 54 levels for me to figure it out, but jeez it's worth it. Everyone wants me to DPS for them now, they even compliment me.

Now another piece of advice, don't trade DPS for eating an AOE. I've gotten so many compliments because apparently ninja's are known for ground tanking. Don't do it, can't DPS if you're dead, and some of those AOE's come with stuns and other status effects that will lower your DPS even more than if you had just dodged the AOE.

So dodge AOE's and don't give up, the Ninja will open up and show you exactly what to use and when. It's fun, and worth the wait.
