    Unable to login

    Hello,

    I am posting on behalf of my brother's account as he is unable to access his account at this time. His account name is KLOphidian and ultimately after attempting to transfer from the PS3 to PS4 he is unable to login.

    Here are the chain of events that led up to this:

    Initially he was able to login into his account and re-up on his monthly service, hitting the 630 day mark. After hitting the TRANSFER button that would initiate the transfer from PS3 to PS4, he went to login on the PS4 and has since been unable to.

    He has reset his password 7 times, but after the 4th try he is unable to login period, the screen returns with "ID or password is incorrect."

    The results are the same whether he resets his password on a computer, or via the PS4 and obtaining/entering the code received via e-mail.

    This is extremely frustrating, especially after spending 50 dollars on the PS4 version of the game/expansion, as well as the 14 dollars per month fee.

    He has currently been on hold with the Final Fantasy support number, 310 846 0345 for 40 minutes now.

    The recording requests a ticket number, but the ticket number requires a playonline id which he is unable to obtain at this moment, since he is no longer able to login via computer.

    EDIT: Also, he has deleted and downloaded Final Fantasy XIV and the expansion twice now, so this solution has not worked either.
