Enforce Minimum Item Level Requirement for Rated Feast

Myself and many others I know have had so many solo rated 4v4 Feast matches where there are literally healers and tanks wearing level 50 gear. I just played one where our DRK was wearing level 52 INT and DEX accessories sitting at 10k health.

Please enforce a higher minimum item level requirement for solo rated 4v4 Feast.

There should not be any gear under level 60 allowed, period.

there should be an ilvl requirement and it should also restrict players without a job crystal.

i've had too many matches that ended up in busts because of those two reasons.

^^ Yep, I had a conjurer that couldn't keep pace or heal through anything, so I just sat down til the match was over. If you decide to dick around like that, do it in unranked, but ranked should be you're bringing your A game.

yeah i've seen some people wearing white gear or level 50 gear, kind of weird to go in rated like that.

It would help, but if this is supposed to rectify the jobbing problem, then there would need to be other deterrents on top.
