if you visit I'll give you one... you can "trade" housing items via FC chest.

Also if two people have furnishing permissions, you can set it down and your friend can pick it up.

It needs to be said every time this topic is brought up:
Put old event furnishings on the Calamity Salvager!
OR
Make old event furnishings craftable!
OR
Have new event NPCs sell the previous years' furnishings!
