Fix Ishgard

I like the idea !
This,was a bit use in one of the girl doll EVENT...

It could be really fun to have that !
But limited to 50+ Crafter/gatherer ishgard is a high level area
Young Crafter/gatherer should train in ARR

In fact...
I would love to see Rowena's current collectable being use for that.

I mean she's rich and all... She should use it to repair both mor dhona and ishgard (and idylshire but it's on going)

While it's true that Ishgard is a high level area, and this I can't argue, most people I've found don't bother actually leveling any gathering or crafting classes until their main battle class is 50+. I feel this would give a bit more of a reason to do just that and in turn potentially help the economy at the same time due to the number of people able to craft items needed.
