Not sure if trolli. My guess is that you have someone else HQ your stuff while you just do turn-in and just learn a rotation at 50. I've seen it take months to get all your crafters up there.

I made all of my own stuff. I did not have a single other person make me things to turn in, nor did I have a single person craft my gear for me. If it came out nq, I turned it in anyway. It's easier when you can just gather your own mats, although it does take more time. It's not that bad though, since it only takes about 10 minutes to gather a stack of ore or plants or whatever, and then just send the battle retainer out for things like yak milk and deepeye tears.

People always say how difficult it is to level crafters when it's really incredibly easy by gathering your own mats. Granted, it's not the most exciting thing to power level without leves, but it's doable. I brought my armorer to 50 without a single levequest right before heavensward in about a week solely by grinding ingots and such. I did buy the ores for my armorer, but still made a profit by selling the ingots. With levequests, I brought my alchemist to 50 from about 15ish in only 2 days making my own leve turn ins. With some patience, it's pretty easy to be more or less completely self sufficient besides specialist only recipes (which are evil).

still stuck on step 3 xD 61/80 been slacking since the day it was released. I'll get it eventually, the worst part of not being a crafter is I have to hoard gils... Well i'm not in a rush to finish my relic.

They already mention they're going to nerf the Anima Weapon's beginning steps in the next Patch as they mentioned so we'll see.


Anyway I've gotten 45/80 items collected so far, but the HQ Items I haven't gotten yet as they're expensive on the MB which will round about 6 million Gil in total for all of them and I haven't got that much Gil nor am I able to make that much as well. Too busy with Real Life stuff so my time is short. I'm waiting for when Patch 3.3 comes rolling over as they're introduce new Gear for Crafters so hopefully I can grab them and once my Crafts hit Lv60 themselves I can make the HQ Items myself with proper melded gear and food. Still need to collect the mats still to make the items.

I'm just taking my time at the moment.

Have to agree with the OP, it should have only been 10 tokens at most and 1 normal quality item.

You can keep the 20 unidentified items but ditch the hq requirements. Too much of it is locked behind diadem. I hate the thought of paying 1.5 mil gil on average for a ilvl 200 item that even after i do the next part is going to be overshadowed by an ilvl 240 item.

Try to make friends with some crafters. I've traded several sets of relic items to acquaintances and FC mates for their help in Diadem. They help me get the aether currents and bait mobs away from nodes if needed. A smart player can collect enough bot/min materials for several sets of items in 45 mins of someone baiting mobs for them, so it's not a bad trade-off at all. *shrugs*

Honestly, the most time consuming part is the pterodactyls, but once you have aether currents all you gotta do is go fish.

I kinda find it funny how people think its to pricey. You're gonna have a blast when they add materia's again. I remember paying 1kk per grade IV materia to get the perfect stats on my 2.0 relic, And they could fail. Oh and they did.
Doubt they're gonna change it and they shouldn't Relic has always been a grind, So grind that money and buy the items from me on the market board oke? I like seeing the cash flow in like that.

Crafting takes time + money to do too. Unless you have a crap ton of money laying around you can't boost & buy your way up there.

No, i actually SB most of my materia's and farmed MOBS to pay for my stuff.
Stop acting like its impossible, HELL i remember selling a crap ton of lv 20-40 HQ stuff on my goldsmith to.

Alot of people here are just so stuck up and always need something to whine at. Oh this is to hard, this is to expensive.
No it just takes time. Stop thinking everything should just fall out of the sky into your pocket.

I've always done everything myself it took hard work & alot of time to put in. Stop asking for silly nerfs.

I still remember times where i thought 50k was much, i now have enough to basicly buy every single item on the MB. Doesn't change the fact that i darn well know how it used to be for me.

You seem awfully angry about the experience of others.

Also, you say you remember when you thought 50k was too much, yet earlier you couldn't understand why people think it's too pricey. Bit of a contradiction there.

Furthermore, thinking it's too expensive does not mean they want it handed to them for free either. Stop generalizing.
