How about reducing swiftcasts cooldown by 50%

I'm BLM main and think SC cooldown is really fine... also our spell speed is much higher meanwhile, once you're used to mechanics BLM is really strong and dont need swiftcast at all.

Even after you have mechanics down, it can still be the difference between casting F4 or B3 with 4k MP left, between using that thundercloud proc or just letting it wear off, or casting Thunder after B3 or going straight into B4.

While you may not need it once you have the movement down, using it properly can increase your dps.
