How about reducing swiftcasts cooldown by 50%

I'm fine with the current cooldown. Due to alternating use of Swiftcast and Lightspeed on AST, I'm already doing 360s as a healer unless people are topped off and I can DPS. To lesser extents, I'm able to do the same on WHM and SCH. I can also do 360s on SMN until Dreadwyrm trance...making BLM the only class where Swiftcast is "too long CD".

When they remove the cast time for BRD and MCH, I may actually support this idea though...til then, it makes no sense why an archer and a gunner has less mobility than 4 caster classes.

Edit:I'll be kind enough to add, "turning off minuet" doesn't count since this is something that subtracts a significant amount of dps from our expected dps output, whereas no stance switching is necessary for AST, SMN, WHM, SCH to dance around the boss room while performing their primary function (when not DPSing with cleric [healers]).
