I only turned it off like the first one or two times I was in that boss fight. After that it's all about awareness and positioning and you can play the full fight with it on. After each cast you have a bit of time to move so can always adjust position a bit. You don't need to be running all over the place.

And again Feint if you need to move for a gcd or two. No fight has really needed more movement than that so far if properly pre positioned.
