[Phoenix][LFM] Need 3 DPS for ~2 times a week Savage raiding static

Greetings.
We are a group of ingame and IRL friends who are about to start our static, for which we need 3 DPS.
We are looking for a SMN + BRD/MCH + whatever (no DRG).

- FC is not required (we will create a LS, but if people would like to be in a FC together, then that can surely be arranged)
- We plan to raid ~2 times a week, totalling to ~8 hours or so. The raid times will be adjusted to fit us all, but we are hoping to have a Sunday raid
- We will be using Discord as voice program, and we expect people to be capable of talking/writing in a somewhat decent English
- Food and potions are required, the same with materia melds, but it does not have to be the highest/best quality.
- Around ilvl 220 is exspected, with materia IV melds

About us:
We are a group of 5 danes, who know eachother from ingame, some of us from past gaming experience, and some of us IRL.
We have experience from playing various MMOs, and most of us have at some point in our "careers" played in top 50-100 guilds in WoW. Some of us have played since FFXIV release, while some of us just recently started playing/started playing again. We like raiding, and we sure as hell like progressing/doing challenging encounters. We wish to have effecient raids, where we get somewhere, without having to spend all our freetime doing so.

As a group we are quite friendly, but all of us being danes of course means a lot of dark/sarcastic humour, so having thick skin is kind of a must. Other than playing FFXIV together we spend time chillin on voice, playing various games like Fallout, Diablo, HotS etc.
