Guardian Aspect not increasing

Ever since 1.19 my Guardian Aspect is not increasing automatically.

I've contacted a GM, and filed two bug reports but (besides one time, after I talked to GM, when my GA magically went from 20 to 120) nothing has been done.

Its really starting to bother me - its been weeks and I can't think of the XP I've lost on leves because my GA is not filling ever.

I'm not sure what else to do.... I stopped doing battle/company/faction/gathering leves a few days ago and tonight I did one and my GA was still the same. >.<

Ever since 1.19, my Guardian Aspect is not increasing automatically. One time after I talked to a GM, 100 GA was added but even since then it has not increased. I check every other day but its always the same -- I've stopped using it since I noticed, I think its sitting around 100.
I've filed at least one bug report using the Square Enix Support site, but have had no response.
