    you really wanna get right side gear for ilvl 170 HQ with full CP meld for one only reason and thats the ammount on CP!
    CP is king in HQ crafting not the ammount on craftsmanship or control.
    you can easy HQ every craft with only the minimum stats as long you have enough CP.
    i would recommend you to have at least 413 CP without food thats a good comfort for HQ crafting.
    i would recommend to before you meld your gear think about which food you will use for crafting.
    "Seafood stew" give control wich helps you to save gil on expensive melds but it worth a lot around 70-100k on our market, i use this but i craft in on my own and gathering all items on my self.
    "baked onion soup" give craftsmanship which means you need reach 820 control without food, expensive gear and melds needed.

    i have on my specialist class 850/820 and 413+ CP and i can HQ all 2 star and 3 star with mostly only NQ items.
