Anyone notice Garuda's response timer is really slow lately? I'm having to mash Contagion and Shockwave like 10 times and she still won't use it.

Yes, she's on Obey like she should be.

I'm noticing this problem with contagion also. Sometimes she won't use it and just go right ahead with the attack.

I think they should keep contagion oGCD.

Haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. I think Contagion gets delayed if she's in the middle of an auto attack (correct me if I'm wrong). With Shockwave, if she's not already sitting in position to push the target away from you, she'll take time to reposition before executing the Shockwave.

Not really, I don't really lag anymore.

I'll watch her go up and use it, yeah, but there are a bunch of times where I mash the hell out of Shockwave and it's up. I think it might have to do with Wind Blade being a casted spell, I don't have these issues with Titan or Ifrit at all, just her.
