I Can't Go To Dungeons With A Party Anymore

Today when I wanted to help out one of my FC members that had reached Level 15 on their classes, I went into a party with them but when our party leader tried to go into Sastasha there was an error message that said that a party member did not meet the requirements for going into the dungeon even though we were both on classes that were at Level 15. I was on DPS and my fellow FC member was a healer.

Also, when I wanted to go into Character Configuration to turn off the /tell, when I clicked on it, the /tell turned back on automatically right after I clicked on it.

What has happened here and how can I deal with it?

Has your friend actually unlocked Sastasha, not just reached 15?

that would also be my guess. have they actually unlocked the dungeon by doing the story. FF14 you have to go through the story to unlock the dungeons. not just by reaching the level needed.

Make sure you actually save the changes in the changes in the settings before you close the window.

They have already cleared the Heavensward main story. They were trying to level their other classes.

Check their ilv. I believe there is a min. ilv required. No fighting monsters in your underwear or fancy high house bustle.

It's also possible that the party leader had forgotten to deselect the previous duty they queued up for.

This is a bug for anyone playing with a controller.

It's likely going to be one of the hotfixes in tomorrows maintenance.

Novaura, if you're using a PS4 Dualshock controller, you can manually select them with the trackpad and tap them to turn them on or off. Otherwise, you're going to have to use a mouse or the Virtual Mouse on whatever controller you're using.
